Frequently Asked Questions

Do children ride for free?
This question has several answers. Infants to children under 36 inches are free for the first child. Because our buses have limited seating, after the first child, all other children will be counted as paying passengers because they would take up seating. For example, if a parent comes on board with three children, all under 36" then only one child would be free, and the other two would have to pay.
Where can I buy bus passes or fare cards?
Bus passes will be available for purchase at our Customer Service Center or authorized ticket outlets during their regular business hours.  You can also purchase passes by mail.  Click on the link "Where to get passes" for the most current and up-to-date locations
How do I transfer buses?
If your trip requires the use of more than one bus to reach your destination, ask the driver for the proper connecting bus route to reach your destination.  We do not have free bus transfers from route to route.  All buses connect at our bus hub known as Parker Place.  Most bus transfers will take place at this point.  Passengers current weekly or monthly passes will have unlimited rides for the duration of their valid pass.
Can I bring my bike on the bus?
Currently we are not able to accept bikes on the buses.

What is PAPGAP?

You can get a free pass by taking a photo of the bus and posting it to your Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram social media platform and tagging us in the photo. Do all three and you will receive a free one way pass! Email us here with your links  If your email is not configured to auto-reply, then you can email us at papgap@catchthebluebus.com You need to use the hashtags #CatchTheBlueBus, #TheBlueBus #PAPGAP (We will provide pass pickup details when post are verified)

What is the Blue Bus Pass Program?

We want to give back to the community by making ourselves available to the residents of the community. We seek to partner with local schools, clubs, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations to provide discounted bus passes.  We want to help those that are helping others so if you would like to find out more information about how your organization can be a part of our program, email us at fpp@catchthebluebus.com

Bluesday?

On special Tuesday's we change the game and we call it Bluesdays. You can ride the bus for $1 when you have on your Blue Bus shirt. These shirts can be purchased from our online store. Click here to visit the store
